Ayrshire’s Leading Timber Preservation Company
We have been identifying and eradicating woodworm (Anobium Punctatum ), dry rot (True Dry Rot Fungus serpula lacymans) and wet rot (Wet Rot Fungus Coniophora puteana) and rising dampness since 1978 making us one of the longest established independent property care specialists working throughout South West Scotland.
We are members of the PCA (Property Care Association). This is the main trade body who ensure member companies maintain high standards of professionalism and expertise.
We are also members of the GPT (Guarantee Protection Trust) and are able to offer an insured guarantee to back up our own long term guarantee.
All our staff have been involved in this industry for many years.
Our managing director has been with the company for over 30 years both working on the tools and managing the company. He is also a qualified surveyor, CSTDB (Certificated Surveyor of Timber and Dampness in Buildings), this replaces the old qualification CSRT (Certificated Surveyor of Remedial Treatments) and is one of the many requirements of PCA membership.
